d. Minimal Deposit and Investment Period

The cross-copying system provides both CopyFX Investors and Traders with the opportunity to conduct copy-trading transactions regardless of their trading accounts.

Please note that even when the deposited amounts by the investors and traders are the same, the cross-copying system will produce different results since the transactions involve different trading accounts with different trading volumes, spreads, and maximum leverage. Therefore, some Traders’ transactions cannot be copied into the Investors’ accounts.

Even though the CopyFX cross-copying system is extremely convenient, Investors must still tread lightly when they want to copy the trades of CopyFX Traders with different types of trading accounts.

How does RoboForex CopyFX Work?

Thirty percent Drawdown is considered low risk, 50% moderate, and anything over 50% is highly risky.

The Trading Days column shows the history of the trader’s account since the first day he registered and began trading at RoboForex CopyFX (weekends are not included). CopyFX Investors are advised to look at traders with a more extended history to review their overall stability and performance.

🔹 4. Balance / Deposit Size

The Balance column shows the Trader’s deposit size, reflecting the amount of investments in his trading activities as well as the significance of the trades.

If the CopyFX Traders have minimal balances, 100 USD, for example, it shows that they are performing high-risk trades and do not want to put too much of their money into the account.

🔹 5. Total Trading Portfolio

The last column on the right shows the total trading portfolio of each trader and the number of Investors subscribed to their trading account.

Once Investors have selected a CopyFX Trader who suits their trading conditions and appetite for risks, they can choose the Trader, check his subscription conditions for copying the trades and click Invest.

After Investors have selected their Trader, they can set their copy-trading customizations in the RoboForex Members Area, including the type of trading account or copying they want to use:

In the Test Mode, Investors will be able to trade at a very minimum risk since they will only copy a minimum lot of the trade, i.e., 0.01 lot.

🔸 2. Flexible Mode

The Flexible mode allows Investors to copy trade in a percentage between 10% - 90%; it is the best option if the Investors’ capital is smaller than the Traders’ capital.

🔸 3. Standard Mode

Investors can copy the Traders’ trades in the same size using the Standard Mode. This option is more suitable for Investors with roughly the same amount of capital as the Traders.

🔸 4. Risky Mode

As the name suggests, in the Risky Mode the trades are copied in an increased volume, which is a great option for Investors with larger capital than the Traders.

🔸 5. Proportional Mode

The last option is the Proportional mode which works like the usual copy-trading program where the Investors will copy the trades based on a proportional value. It means that the system will automatically calculate the copy-trading process based on the ratio of the deposits held by CopyFX Investors and Traders.

Once you have selected one or multiple traders to copy, you can monitor their movements from your RoboForex Members Area as an Investor.

Later, after the CopyFX Traders close the trades successfully, the same successful result will be reflected in the Investor’s trading account, depending on the type of copying you have previously selected.

Finally, when the trading session closes, Investors are to pay the performance fee (if any), according to the Traders’ subscription conditions.

After Investors are satisfied with the copy-trading process and they wish to pause or stop their subscription, the options are available in the Members Area.

Pausing the subscription will stop the copying process while the subscription remains active. As a result, Traders’ new trades will not be copied into the Investors’ trading account but the previously copied positions will remain open until the Traders close the trades completely.

On the other hand, canceling the subscription means stopping the process for good. Therefore, all the required fees will be calculated based on all the closed trades and automatically transferred from the Investors’ account into the Traders’ account.
